Grandparents providing an education in Uganda
Lule is determined to secure a better life for her nine grandchildren, all of
whom have been orphaned by AIDS, by ensuring they are educated.
However she has to pay school fees, buy books and provide their compulsory uniforms, all of
which is a struggle on her meagre income gained from renting rooms and selling plantains to her
neighbours.
When money is tight she often has the difficult decision of whether to feed the children or continue sending them to school, but by supporting their education you can ensure that they will always eat in the evenings.
